“The charm was not sold in stores so I had no option but to order online and pay for delivery - only discovered this after going to a local store to buy it (it was a requested birthday gift) . Product was as expected , however the 'tiny' pendant / charm was delivered in a cardboard box way larger than was needed .. guess you're justifying the delivery charge”
