Pretty happy with Oliver Bonas although I feel the colour accuracy of items sold online vary too much when seen in real life.

Loved the colour and quality of these cords. However they felt very long in the reach and unless I pulled them up almost under my bra didn’t fit comfortably underneath. Shame as they are lovely. Bought normal size and fitted elsewhere!

Delivery time good but packaging poor considering the cost of the bracket (arrive in recycled paper - no gift box)

Product was super quality and very stylish, but what should have been an easy click and collect within 2-3 days turned into a 5 day wait and two wasted journeys to the store.

I absolutely loved this bomber jacket and have had loads of compliments wearing it. Sadly, after only 3 times wearing it, it is already starting to ball. Really such a shame especially as it was expensive

Beautiful items, good customer service. Clothing range excludes a huge section of the customer base by stopping at size 18. It’s an odd business decision more than anything - I’m literally trying to throw money at you but wouldn’t have a hope of fitting into your clothes 🤷🏻‍♀️ Would also be lovely if the store layout could consider people with prams, it’s a bit tight

Dyes used leak into the rest of the washing. Be careful with OB clothing, it will ruin your clothes.

Bought a dress that cost nearly £60, when it arrived one of the buttons wasn’t attached and several others were loose. I’m happy with the dress, but only because I was offered a 20% refund.

I love these earrings, but sadly the first pair broke after only one wear 😐. The post became detached. I bought have another pair and I am hoping that these may be slightly sturdier.

Item I wanted was out of stock and I left my email address for when stock came in. I didn't receive any notice and it was only because I checked back that I found out. Easy to order and delivered promptly

The items arrived larger than stated on the item description on the site. Poor attention to detail could have easily been avoided had anyone actually measured the baskets before writing the description.

Quite thin metal frame.. over priced for the quality. Was a replacement for a broken item which fell apart on the first drop

well the bracelet overall is beautiful but the oliver bonas circular sign came off out of nowhere so i’m not to sure about that one but overall it’s a nice bracelet so i would purchase again!
