Looks fine - very heavy. The marble doesn't look like marble unless very close up. Returned but someone else might love like!

This is a beautiful mirror. Although it was well packaged, unfortunately mine arrived with a chipped green section of glass. I have emailed Oliver Bonas but received no reply so far.

Product was very poor. Covered in scratches and patchy paint work. Got sent a replacement which was exactly the same. I did receive a full refund after some good customer service.

The item itself cannot be faulted. Lovely design just as described and shown on the website. Good quality as you would expect from Oliver Bonas. The negative side of the story is however the delivery. It took well over a month to be delivered with no less than 3 requests to Hermes to have it delivered in which it was lost each time. Only when a helpful customer advisor sent the item with the Royal Mail did I recieve it.

I love Oliver bonas but found the Nottingham store disappointing. No staff were wearing masks, all were congregated around the till gossiping with no offer of help to any customer in store. The upstairs area was nice but there was no information about buying any of the pictures on display and a few of them seemed dirty and damaged which didn’t give the greatest impression. The downstairs layout was nice and the store front looked great.

The furniture is super sweet but I do think it's overpriced. I didn't receive part of my order and had to chase up 3 times in order to get this sorted, the customer service team was excellent every time but due to the nature of money, you're spending you just expect a smoother service overall. I'd shop with Oliver Bonas again but I wouldn't rate it the best shopping experience I've had.

I purchased a scarf, which was lovely. A bit of a strange range, you wouldn't think to go there for dresses as there are so few. Same with everything. Gone too diverse. Nice things. Nice staff.

Collected order from the store. Unfortunately one of the items purchased had rust on them. I contacted customer services who said I could go back to the store and exchange it for another. Managed to exchange the item instore.
