Cute a perfectly sized bag to carry a decent amount of makeup around. The little pearly part attached to the zip broker off when I went to open the zip. The zip still works fine but that piece was poor quality bringing down my rating.

Item is good but I purchased this as a quirky gift and was disappointed to find that it did not come in a box as it would’ve been easier to wrap

The item itself is very nice, unfortunately, the product we were sent was moldy and damaged. I suspect it had been sitting in a damp warehouse for some time. Customer service were helpful but there were none left in stock so we weren't able to replace it with a clean one, unfortunately.

I completed two surveys today for OB. The first received 5stars as I love the shop, however this survey on the email with my receipt gets 3stars as I was told by the server I would receive a £5 gift voucher today which has not arrived. Disappointed.com

Beautiful product. The only let down was that the earrings did not arrive in a box only a flimsy wallet. For the price paid I expected a little more. Fast delivery.

Good customer service experience and very helpful Had difficulty making payment online and then had to use PayPal which has made it difficult to return the product which is slightly too small. The ability to make a payment with card proved difficult and that was frustrating especially given we are returning and no unable to do so in store.

A lovely mirror, but the first one I ordered arrived damaged. The backing is cardboard covered with felt, which was coming away from the mirror. The second one is better, but not perfect.

I used to be a fan. I ordered a couple of dresses online that I had seen in store, but both were short in the sleeves. So, I guess long sleeve options are out for me.

I love Oliver Bonas but not these glass candle holders. They look cheap and bland and I ordered three and they didnt match and were different sizes. But was very happy with how you sorted it out for me - refunded and new items purchased

Beautiful jumper, but I had to size down from my original purchase - & the 16 was still massive! (As this is supposed to be worn off the shoulder, it still slips down!) Unfortunately there is no size 14 left in stock, so I’ve reluctantly returned this for a refund. PS cannot fault the OB staff members, who have been charming & helpful throughout.

Looks fine - very heavy. The marble doesn't look like marble unless very close up. Returned but someone else might love like!
