This is a really beautiful bowl that I have ordered twice for my wife for Christmas. Unfortunately the packaging and care taken to wrap the bowl has been so unbelievably poor that it has been delivered smashed twice in a row. It is a beautiful bowl... when it isn’t in 15 pieces...

Disappointed with this. It arrived with the celophane seal half removed and two corner protectors missing. The frame has damage in a number of places. Essentially, it was badly packaged for shipping - not what I'd expect when paying such a high price for a product. Contacted Oliver Bonas to report the above damage on the delivery day but I've yet to receive a response - that was almost a week ago.

Really disappointed in this necklace. Seemed like a really good deal but was very light and cheap looking. Would have been more disappointed if had paid the full price!

We are hopping mad. You used Hermes and they still haven't delivered. Tried to call you but we were 32nd on the call centre list. Hermes has no means of contacting them. We will only buy from you again if you do not use Hermes. We have the same problem with Hermes from other retailers. Mullin

I have received no notification of my order as per today and it was one before the 16th. Just to receive an email asking for a review of an item I haven't received or been contacted about. Terrible service as they say on the website that all orders done prior to 16th would be here on time.

Really disappointed with my recent purchase with Oliver Bonas. We were so excited to receive our new lamp but unfortunately it came dented and damaged. We have tried to ease the dents out but the base is hollow so some imperfections are still visible. I contacted customer service last week and I am waiting for a reply. Such a shame because we really loved the look of the lamp!

The bowl turned up smashed. I emailed promptly and haven’t received a response. It’s been over a week! I’ve received numerous ad and marketing emails but not one in repossessed to finding a solution.

I found the gift wrapping very poor. A piece of coloured paper attached to the box. Definitely not worth the £5.00 I paid and I had 4 boxes. £20 not good value. Perfume gifts purchased in stores elsewhere were beautifully wrapped for free

I used next day delivery and it’s been 8 days and it’s still not arrived. Would love to be able to write a review, but I don’t yet have the items. I’ve phoned customer service twice and they were very lovely and my next day delivery was refunded without a quibble. Yet, I still don’t have the products, so not great. I would blame Hermes, but they’ve just delivered two other products from River Island, so I can only assume it’s an Oliver Bonas issue. Won’t be using online again I’m afraid. Sorry!

Would love to review this product but sadly it’s still not arrived, THREE WEEKS after I ordered it. No response for Oliver Bonas despite contacting them about it a week ago. Appalling service. Love the shop and products but wouldn’t order from them again online.

Paid £5 for gift wrapping for my grandma's xmas present. Her jigasaw arrived lolling around the bottom of a larger outer cardboard box with no gift wrap and without the message I had written to be included. She had to phone around to ask who had sent her the gift. Come on OB, I know it's a busy time, but if you charge £5 for this service you really should make good on it. I emailed 5 days ago but no response. Called and sat on hold for 15 mins. Really poor service.
