It is Christmas Eve day. I have not received what it was going to be my wife’s Christmas present. I understand this are challenging times, but I was hoping for a better experience. Order number is #30007387 I am still waiting for an email confirmation I placed this order the 13th of this month. I’ve got this email to write a review so this is it.

Used to really like Oliver Bonas until recent experience of online ordering from them where 3 out of 5 items did not arrive. No explanation given until chased as to whereabouts. Very inefficient. Unreliable. Will not be repeating the experience.

I was excited to find this cover of Girl, Woman, Other of this book after looking everywhere. Unfortunately the edition I received was not as pictured much to my disappointment, with no response from OB.

I ordered some little silver studs. Earrings arrived completely bent. The one star is for delivery time only. Will not be buying jewellery from Oliver Bonas again.

I would love to write a review - but this has not been delivered yet despite the order being sometime ago, the tracking app saying it should have been delivered etc etc

Shocking service. Ordered this pendant on 13th December. On 17th got an email saying part of my order was dispatched (the gift box I payed extra for) Sure enough the box arrived empty. Sent email asking when the pendant was coming. Received no reply. On 23rd December called and was told they didn't know what happened to the pendant and that it was now out of stock! All shops closed so my daughter was left without a Christmas present! Thanks OB-I will not be buying from you again!

11 days after ordering I still haven't received this product. The tracking site says it hasn't been passed to the courier.

Ordered it, had a notification it had been dispatched then a day before Christmas Eve had another email saying it had been refunded because it was out of stock. Really disappointing

This is my first and last time ordering from Oliver Bonas. The products took a long time to arrive and I was also sent a random item instead of the product ordered. This meant I didn’t have the gift that I wanted to give for Christmas and as the wrong item arrived so late it put me in a difficult position looking for an alternative.

Ordered 13 December, had notification that items would arrive separately. The gift box arrived after 10 days! No sign of necklace and no confirmation of a delivery date!

I haven't received this yet, despite ordering it on the 13 December 2020, nor have I had a reply to my query that I sent to OB. As this is my first order, and it's now Christmas Eve, OB have my money, and I have no item, so my overall impression is very poor

My mirror arrived totally smashed and I’m yet to receive a response to my complaint to try and sort out a replacement. Really disappointing customer experience so far.

I never got my order. Apparently the courier had difficulties in the road that have lasted almost 2 weeks now, and there’s no way to contact them. I assume I lost my money. I can’t believe any decent company still uses Hermes, it’s just absurd - it’s even been in the news the amount of parcels they damage or steal.
