The gin barrel arrived with a chip in the lid, I liked the product so mailed & requested that a replacement lid be dispatched. After 3 days my mail still hadn't been replied to, I sent a chaser, that too was ignored. I called Oliver Bonas, had to wait 15 mins in a queue, the staff were polite and apologetic but could not offer a replacement lid as stock was unlikely to be replaced, they offered me a discount, but that would still leave me paying gbp20 for a product with a huge chip, not impressed.

The bracelet is tiny so not sure if it will fit the recipient. Also the gift box is rubbish and a massive waste of money

I haven’t received any confirmation about my order and the delivery. I paid even extra for Saturday delivery. it's been 15 days not and my item haven't been delivered and it's impossible to find a way to communicate as your customer service line is not working and you are not responding to my emails.

Bought this as a secret Santa gift but never received it in my parcel. Still waiting on a response from Oliver bonas from 5 days ago and am now left with nothing to gift tomorrow.

After a long wait for delivery, 3 of 5 items I ordered arrived broken or damaged. All were intended as Christmas gifts and now can't be given. Customer service has not responded to me. I emailed 6 days ago. I love this shop, such a shame it's online service is so poor.

The package arrived missing one of the items ordered . I raised this immediately and am still waiting a call back 3 days later . Callled the customer services , waited 20mins in a queue , and would have waited a further 30 to get through .

I received my order a week or so ago but left it in the packaging as my purchase was an intended Christmas present and I didn’t want it to be visible. Today I began to wrap my gifts up however having now opened the delivery packaging of my Oliver bonas purchase I was mortified to realise it had been broken, this breakage must’ve happened during manufacture/delivery as the item hasn’t been moved since it’s delivery.
