Very disappointed. Earrings arrived damaged. Just hope a replacement will arrive prior to Christmas as it is a present.

I thought postage costs at £3.95 for a small plastic card was high. It also took about five days! Small plastic card came in a cardboard box about 15cm, by 10cm by 4cm, size big enough for a small box. The fragile card was wrapped in several layers of plastic wrapping! A title waste of time and resoruces. I took card out and popped in envelope and sent to recipient at normal first class letter post.

The print I ordered came with dirty marks on. I emailed and still had no reply after 3 days so then I phoned and they told me they had nothing to replace it with, I’d have to wait in all day to have it collected when I wanted to drop it at a post office and they wouldn’t refund the next day delivery I paid... even though they sent a dirty print. I now have no Christmas present for my brother and less than one week to find one. 0/10 for the product and the customer service.

I would love to but I have only received the lampshade and I have had no response to my email chasing the lampstand. So I'm not very happy.

I haven't received my order yet 🤷🏼‍♀️ The same thing happened last time I ordered from Oliver Bonas. You use Hermes to deliver who are very unreliable

Unfortunately the glasses arrived smashed so I had to call and re order some more. However, Ellie at customer services was fantastic and really helpful

Had to return them as the middle bowl’s glazing was cracked. The box it came in had also seen better days, suspect it had been returned a few times. Shame as the bowls were lovely and they had run out of stock so couldn’t get a replacement

Hermes failed to deliver my purchase and on contacting OB by email as per their site I am told it will be several days for a response. I could have waited on the telephone but was 28th in the queue. Contacting Hermes is like pulling teeth. I await a response from OB

awful, bought the gift wrap and I will have to wrap it again myself. a brown box with a cheap sleeve over it is not gift wrapping. Dont bother save 5 pounds and wrap it yourself

Ordered a pot and plant stand for my daughter for Christmas. Ceramic pot arrived completely broken. It was in a box with some brown paper not even wrapped properly around it. Incredibly poor packaging. Emailed with photos and haven’t heard anything. Not likely to get this replaced for Christmas. Very disappointing.

In spite of paying for one day delivery, and in spite of emailing OB I have still not received my goods from this company. It is not Oliver Bones’ fault that it has not arrived, but it IS their responsibility so I cannot properly review the product which I’m sure is a very lovely thing. I would just like to receive it. Poor customer service OB!

I ordered these whiskey stones as a gift for a female friend who drinks whiskey. Unfortunately, what is not apparent from your website is that on the box and printed on the black bag it says "Gentleman's Hardware - for true gents". Obviously this is not suitable to give to a female friend. The photo of the bag on your website does not show this printing - why not?

Arrived unable to assemble as one of the uprights is out of line. Sent an email requesting a replacing 10 days ago to customer service to which I have had no response. Business’ flourish on two things Quailty and Customer Service. Sadly Oliver Bonus gets 0 out of 10 for both.
