“I ordered this gorgeous bag very easily on the website. I was surprised I had to pay for delivery as I chose to collect it from the store in Stamford and not have it delivered to my home address. Equally surprised that after a week I hadn’t received an email notifying that it had arrived in store - I honestly thought perhaps I’d been scammed. After phoning the store directly I was told there’d been an IT issue so many people had received an email - as this was known I question why emails weren’t regenerated? Anyway the customer service in the store was excellent so it’s good to see that Oliver bonas are recruiting and training their staff well - lovely staff in the Stamford store. I recently popped into the Leeds store and again the staff were friendly, helpful, lovely.”

“Easy to order online but delivery seems to take longer than anticipated! Skirt was lovely fab colours and I was looking forward to wearing it to an event but sizing came up very big so returned ( again refund was slow) have ordered a smaller size and hopefully this will fit ok.”
