“Lovely colour. I love it. One negative thing is the size. I normally buy Oliver Bonas dress size 10, but this dress’s size 10 is way too big, I had to change to 8. Size 8 is still quite buggy. I’m not sure what’s happen to this dress. Nothing is perfect.”

“Shopped online and usually the website is really good. however last few times it's been very clunky, suddenly freezing when browsing nad had to check out so many times as the transaction didn't go through or would just time out.”

“The website ordering and click and collect service was fairly efficient as I knew the items I wanted to purchase and didn’t need to browse. In store however despite the colourful and quirky aesthetic of items, the staff really don’t seem outgoing / welcoming both times I’ve gone in to pick up or return.”

“Don't judge a book, I ordered them beautiful looking green matalic cow girl boots omg I was gutted I felt like cinderella trying my hardest to squeeze my foot in an ( I'm only a petite size 4) definitely made an error on these boots so unless you jyst want to look at pretty boots it's a waste of time. They would be perfectly with a zip so you can actually fit your foot in to try on at least. Nevermind Ordering was easy, packaged very good. Returned with ease. 3stars for service. Designer should try on the boots first before selling.”
