Bought online and item was dispatched quickly. However I felt the delivery cost is a bit steep for one cushion cover. The thresholds for free delivery are too high for this day and age.

A bit of a pallava receiving my order which I had placed a month in advance for a friend's 'special ' birthday. This didn't arrive at the collection point and after twice contacting the delivery company I called OB for help. The lady I spoke to asked me to go and check at the collection point and if it still hadn't arrived she would send a replacement out (there was stock at this time). I called back within 1 1/2hrs and by then there wasn't any stock! I had no choice but to wait and see if the order ever was to arrive or for more stock replenishment. After a couple of weeks I called again to get an expected date for more stock as there wasn't any showing on line and 'luckily' I was told there was stock! This was shipped out on next day delivery to my home and all ended well. If only the lady had shipped when I first called!

It's great but it's too small for the fitting! I have the copper lamp and I need a replacement bulb because it smashed when moving :(

2 out of 3 pairs have broken, one after 3 wears. (The small block that stops the sides going too far back) I always put them back in their case so this must be a manufacturing fault.

Dress was out of stock to start asked to be informed when back in stock by email but was not , luckily I happened to be looking and found it again .
