My order of 4 items was cancelled without my knowledge. I only found this out when I chased it 10 days after ordering. Nobody was able to tell me why, or why I hadn’t been informed. One of the items had subsequently gone out of stock so I could only reorder 3 of my items.

The staff are never particularly friendly when I go into this store. I shop at OB a lot and this is the only shop that I do not receive very good customer service.

Lovely bulb however it took 3 attempts and almost a month of waiting to get one that actually worked or wasn’t damaged!

Love the design but had to swap in for another style as the pink film melts in heat, which isn’t suitable when you have a lightbulb inside! .

Quite disappointed with this faux plant and would have returned it but my husband was too quick off the mark recycling the packaging. The plant is a fair bit smaller than it looks in the image and 2 of the stems had come unattached from the centre block making it even more sparse. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Ordered this for Christmas for my daughter at the beginning of December but unfortunately didn’t arrive until a week after so had to go out and buy her something else last minute, very disappointed, it looked lovely but had to return as no longer required

Beautiful fabric . Unfortunately sale item looked faulty as the dress was shorter than the hem . Not up to usual amazing OB standard !

Gloves look great but are far too big for size small. On a cold day they are not warm and not having a thumb cover makes wearing even more uncomfortable.

Ordered end of December, still hasn't arrived! Currently 23rd Jan so almost a month. Posted very quickly but Hermes seem to have lost it. I have been in contact with them so it is hopefully arriving soon but honestly who knows. Excited for the pressure mat, but I would implore Oliver Bonas not to use Hermes in the future as this is a common occurrence with them.

Lovely earings but lost one the first time I wore them . The loop is so fragile that you cannot put a back on as it bends the metal. My daughter in law had the same problem so sent back the pair I got for my daughter. Disappointing .

Shame I can’t give this bag 5 ⭐️ but sadly one of the gold strap rings keeps coming undone, resulting in the strap coming off. Poor design. The style of the bag itself is just the ticket for what I need day to day (perfect sized compartments and love the colours) but just don’t feel secure with it. Can something be done to fix it?

I ordered a gift card and paid £4 for postage it arrived in an eco bag 30x50cm approximately and was wrapped in eco paper! Much as I love your products, that’s excessive!
