I wish I could but unfortunately they use Hermes to deliver and am still waiting after 3 weeks. To give them their due they are looking into what Hermes have done with it.

Love the stuff in Oliver Bonas, and based on the price point, do expect a nice experience. However, the woman serving me huffed and rolled her eyes, didn't like the fact that I was using a gift card, and didn't give me a bag after paying 10p for one. A shame as I love the shop, but the experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth

I was a little bit disappointed on this visit by the staff member at the till. Normally the service in here is always brilliant with really attentive staff. This was not that kind of experience. The lady at the till made no conversation, didn't offer a bag or gift wrapping. Asked for my email for my receipt but never offered a print out. And then didn't even say thank you or the normal nice things you say, she just turned and started talking to another lady and completely ignored me. I had to ask for a print out of my receipt and then asked if she could please wrap tissue around it as it's a present. It was just not the service I'm used to receiving in here. I would understand if they were super busy but at this point there was noone else waiting to pay. Bit disappointing. All other staff were very welcoming and friendly though.

Lovely jumper but was disappointed to find it has arrived with a “faulty” sign where there was a mark on the sleeve. We should be told when buying online if that will be the case

Disappointed in the way it was presented. The bangle came in a plastic bag in a brown cardboard box. When you buy Oliver Bonas from a shop it's wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an Oliver Bonan,s gift bag which is what I expected when I bought online. Very unimpressed.

Beautiful jumper, but sizing completely wrong. I bought size 6 for a friend, it fitted me and I'm size 10/12. Had to be returned.

Candle is lovely but the packaging was damaged and the price was printed on it and then scribbled out so impossible to give it as a gift which had been my intention. Disappointing.

I ordered this bowl to collect in store, and when I opened the parcel at home the bowl was smashed. It was taken back to the store where the member of staff was extremely helpful and another bowl was ordered. When collecting the bowl in store the second time, I checked again to see if the bowl had been damaged and again, it was smashed. Despite the excellent staff, it was disappointing to have two bowls smashed and not what I would expect from Oliver Bonas.

I cannot review the product as it is a Christmas gift but it was delivered in an obscene amount of packaging. A small pair of earrings in a small plastic bag, in a larger plastic bag, wrapped in protective packaging inside a cardboard box ten times too big that it was surrounded by even more filler packaging. The amount of money the packaging will have cost and the carbon footprint of this delivery will stop me from buying from this company again.
