Beautiful colour and lovely soft fur, however, it was far too bulky so I had to return.

Waited three weeks before someone got in touch to say it couldn't be delivered to the shop. I got a refund but wasn't impressed with the lack of contact.

I already had a set of these glasses but needed 4 more so ordered online to collect from Reigate. Unfortunately, 2 of them were faulty - one was squint and the other didn't have the ribbed pattern. As I had click and collected I thought I would take them back to the store but alas a complicated return system meant I couldn't and so I've decided to keep them as it was such a process to return. I normally love OB but won't be ordering online again.

I like Oliver Bonas products, but I'm unimpressed by being told that if I signed up to the email list I'd get a £5 off voucher, this didn't happen, so I've unsubscribed and won't be signing up again.

Very nice product but arrived damaged. Had to return rather then replace and then wanted me to pay for a new delivery so didn’t bother buying replacement.

Poor quality item I have now received two of these and both have got tears in fabric when they arrived. Customer service was pretty good but in the end I decided to just keep the second faulty item as it’s to much hassle to send back.

Item delivered very quickly but sadly not checked before posting and a stone missing. Returned! Refund processed promptly but not particularly impressed with the item l had ordered so doubt l would rest from you again unfortunately

When it described the product as very large I was totally shocked when I received the product as an averaged sized side table pot not a very large pot

I am a standard size 12 and have ordered from OB before size 12 fits perfectly fine, but this dress in size 12 was huge, so I sent it back for a size 10 and it was also huge. So to need a size 8 shows the sizing is a completely awry. A shame as did like the dress but To have to pay for returns each time as well has put me off ordering from OB again.
