I ordered a gift card and paid £4 for postage it arrived in an eco bag 30x50cm approximately and was wrapped in eco paper! Much as I love your products, that’s excessive!

The exterior of the box is lovely - a ribbed velvet and gold clasp. But unfortunately the quality of the inside is poor - it is not cushioned properly and just cardboard covered with material so it really depreciated the value and quality of this product. The spacing between the ring cushions/cardboard is also uneven. So looks great from the outside but the inside is not as expected from this brand.

Terrible packaging. A big box arrived for a tiny piece of jewelery. It was filled with meshed paper and necklace was entangled in this, as it had come out of the horrible plastic envelope. Presentation wise, this was really really poor.

I am waiting for a refund of this gift card. I ordered it but ended up buying one in store instead as it hadn’t arrived when I went to collect it and it was a Christmas present. I had to buy another one instead which is ridiculous. Please refund this gift card as I have never collected it!!!

I wish I could review the physical gift card I bought well before Christmas for my daughter-in-law but I cant because it never arrived. I waited until early this month (Jan 22) to query what went wrong and was sent an e-gift with a v short Sorry message. I have forwarded this to Caroline who is delighted to have received her gift at last. However not having anything for her on Christmas Day saddened me and getting a 'print your own' substitute that I couldnt write a message in wasnt how I wanted to give it to her. She loves OB but I will be reluctant to order another gift card from you next year. I'm left wondering whether this second card is numbered differently to the missing one or is there a chance hers may be refused when she goes to spend it?

We want to put your mind at ease that the member of staff you dealt with would have cancelled the missing gift card and issued a completely new one with a unique activation code and pin. If Caroline does have any issues with her new card, we are always here to help. We're also sorry that the OB experience you had in mind for her didn't go to plan. This purse fits everything. I thought at first it was great. But unfortunately, the zip has gone a little wonky. So it can be hard to close. Which is a disappointment.

Hello, Actually I am dissatisfied with my order. The earrings were a gift and when my friend tried them on the needle broke away from the hoop, she now only used the one. Not great. Hannah Crisp

When I received my parcel, all of the packaging was there, but the contents wasn’t! Leaving my mum without a present! However, Oliver Bonas where very understanding and gave me a refund!

I bought these earrings for my friend. They are quite delicate looking but the hook is quite thick. The presentation is terrible, in a little plastic bag, which is why I have given low marks. Luckily I had a little box myself to put them in to give to her.

The dress is very beautiful but unfortunately the quality is disappointing. The lowest button broke at the first use and, after replacing it, it broke again. I will have to replace it now with a sturdier one.

Return process is 15 days, way too long and couldn’t return item to shop and no instructions on how to return item in packaging. Didn’t like plastic outer part of lamp and the inner bulb wasn’t straight so returned lamp. Got a better cheaper alternative from Next.

I ordered a pair of silver drop earrings but when they came they were nothing like the picture, they were much smaller and the design was not as clear as what they were showing, very disappointed as they were a gift. Would definitely not order from them again.

The item is lovely but I was very very disappointed with the packaging, it was in a tatty brown box that was torn, for the cost of the item I expected a nicer box as it was for a gift, I then had to buy a nicer box for it.
