“Absolutely love the clothes and the website. Having to return items in store is highly annoying in a day and age where parcel returns and collections are seamless. To make it worse, I was literally told off for not having a printed receipt despite being able to show my web order and e-mail receipt. In the end, I was happy to accept a voucher as I love the clothes, but what a palaver! Very frustrating and cumbersome way of working!”
