Not what I thought I was ordering. Also, Only the lampshade arrived first time, then after I’d contacted OB the base was dispatched, however the original base turned up a short while later. I’ve returned all 3 items but haven’t yet received a refund.

Poor - they failed to scan my parcel when it arrived at the store, and told me they didn’t have it until I emailed customer services. So I had a huge delay in receiving my order.

I bought a man oba gold metal fire screen online, arrived really quickly. Sadly, it arrived and isn't very good quality. One of the feet doesn't sit square on the ground. Customer service were helpful enough, but lots of hassle to dismantle, repackage and return, all on the customer.

Disappointed at the length of trousers but moreover very disappointed at how much they stretched after two wears,didn't need to unzip them to take them off as they are huge after wearing.

I ordered a lamp for my son and his fiancee for Christmas. When they opened it, they found it broken. Straight away I ordered and paid for another as I felt awful for them. I contacted customer service and explained what had happened and asked if I could return the broken lamp and receive a refund. Instead they sent out another lamp.....so they have ended up with 3 lamps, one broken and myself out of pocket. My son thinks I received a refund and they did well with the outcome. I have not told him.

Was expecting more from Oliver Bonas, i was a bit disapointed with both items. I returned the jewellery box, it was too small (although the box itself was really cute)

I created 2 orders. One to get delivered to the Post Office and another one to get delivered to a branch. The one to get delivered to the Post Office never arrived and was sent to the Warehouse. I contacted Customer service who asked me what I wanted to do. I asked to refund the one that was sent back to them however the person cancelled everything. I got my money back but none of the others.

Online delivery was promised for before Christmas. It arrived on the 27th. It was supposed to be a gift for my sister in law. Very embarrassing. Only positive was extended return period.

Twice now I've bought something from Oliver bonas where the quality has fallen short. Last time it was a cardigan which has a hole in the sleeve after one wear. This time it's a cocktail shaker that leaks (the seal on the lid is not fitted correctly) I'm also only offered the choice of an email receipt which makes it much harder to make a return

I actually didn't receive this although I ordered it. I received a dress instead which onviously I didn't want. I went to a lot of trouble to return the dress to your store in Exeter. I live in London. By that time the bag had sold out. Really disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings from you for birthday present. I pair little pearl cluster and the other pair half-hour with small oblong blue/green stones. On arrival I checked them and found one of the stones in the half-hour earrings es at the bottom of the small plastic bag. I do not know how this happened during transit as the outer packaging g was intact and very secure. As these eari gs were a present and it was close to Christmas shutdown I glued the stone back on to the damaged hoop earring. They were not very expensive but I expected better quality control from Oliver Bonas.
