Staff advised click and collect was free however there was a minimum order value. Product arrived after 8 days of waiting! Collected it, gifted it and it was faulty as the lid didn’t close on the bird. Went back to store, colleague at checkout wouldn’t exchange as I didn’t have a physical receipt but had my order confirmation?! Turned into abit if a “Karen” at this point and asked for the manager - manager was lovely, explained to the new staff member how to do an online exchange on a till, got me a new product but never ever again. Too long, too expensive and too much hassle - first and last time using Oliver bonas

Very slow delivery. The necklace I bought was in the sale. It was originally £29 but reduced to £9. The quality is terrible. It’s cheaply made, doesn’t hang well and considering the full price value it’s not even solid! It feels cheap and if I hadn’t have worn it I would have sent it back. It twists upon wearing so impossible to even wear.

Absolute Shocker!! OB used photos which showed light pink. However this bag is a much darker blush hue. So very disappointed! However OB accepted that the images were misleading and not a true representation. But media companies and outlets are still using the wrong photos to list this weekend bag with the wrong colour. This is the first time OB had errors on their site. OB needs to find someone with an eye for detail and who failed to see these errors

Refund processed quickly. Item was brought in the sale online and arrived quickly. Very disappointed with item. Wear was visible on both soles, scuff marks, and creases across top and side of boots where they have clearly previously been worn for some time. Disappointing that these were distrubuted to me. First and last time purchasing from you.

Not good at all, when I recieved the braclet it was frayed and snapped within a day... would not reccommend!!!

Really disappointed about sizing. I am a normal size 12 & the trousers were huge. But in principle the fake leather was exciting and I loved the concept as I am 68 and want to be groovy in my old age.

Very poor service. Order the pillow case and inner pillow online for store collection. Collected parcel from the store and the inner was missing. The way the issue was handled in store by the team leader was awful, no eye contact, spoke to her team member but didn’t even look at me or speak to me and offered no solution. They had a damaged pillow through the back which they offered me to buy full price. I returned the whole order due to the awful customer service in store

I sent this order as a surprise Valentine's present, and wanted to include a message / card, which the website suggested I could, but there wasn't an option to at checkout. So I contacted customer services and dealt with the most disinterested and uncaring person. Then the couriers "delivered" the parcel to the recycling bin, without a note, so it was almost lost. A poor experience all round and I won't do it again.
