Sorry but I ordered never recived Valentine’s Day card. For my partner they never told me it wasn’t coming then I got a refund of a £5 voucher wasn’t u till I explained I wouldn’t be using it did I get a refund d to my card wouldn’t use again if I’m honest

Not the best experience, was returning a necklace as not suitable. I had paid on apple pay on my ipad online, however i had my actual physical card with me for the return, the staff member insisted i had to show her my original card or else i couldn’t have a refund. Even though i had my physical card and all paperwork, she made me feel like i was trying to illegitimately get my money back. Luckily and unusually for me i had my ipad with me so was able to show her the numbers. Despite her protests that the refund must go back on the same card (my ipad) she then proceeded to put the refund through using my phone (so different card numbers) which made the whole conversation and prove of card pointless and a waste of all our time! I had a voucher for ‘birthday treat’ to use but the whole experience put me off shopping in that particular store and i chose not to bother using the voucher at all in the end.

Poor online experience. I never received this item and was sent a completely different item. Also, I was sent a damaged item that had been returned by another person, their details and return note was sent to me. The online chat was very good at sorting the problem.

Bought glass vase online. Did not look like the picture on the website / box when it arrived. Returned it to store perfectly packaged with receipt in time. They would not return it as I had paid via paypal. I have never had a problem with paypal before online shopping and returning at any store including yours. It is written in the small text terms on the website. Unclear to the average customer. I should have got a warning at the checkout re this. Was not offered exchange or shop voucher. Standing in your shop returning, told I have to post it back to you instead. Very unhappy with service. Will not be shopping with you again.

The store was dirty and smelly. The staff were disheveled and miserable and you sent my receipt to the wrong email address so I can’t even return the broken mug

When I went to wear these ear-rings I discovered one was actually broken so very disappointed, especially as they weren't cheap, they were to go with the matching braclet I got as a birthday present and I bought them a couple of weeks ago now so don't think I can return or exchange them.

No problem with the website but very poor quality. There is no way I would had paid the full price for any of these pieces of jewellery ,very expensive and in the sale it was still expensive for the quality. Cheap china stuff.
