Ordered a month ago and only received the shades and no lamps. Customer service very slow to respond and resolve the matter. Wont be purchasing online from this store again.

Received package without necklace. Had to ph e for a refund. Also got email asking me to check inside the package which I felt didn’t merit a response.

I was so happy with this gift however…. , fab looking sweatshirt, very boxy so re-ordered smaller size but bobbled appears before I washed it, very disappointing

I didn't want to give my email for the receipt. The cashier then made me feel bad about that and told me I'd get a £5 voucher if I did and that I should give her my email. Well, no £5 voucher has appeared so I feel tricked and uncomfortable that you now have my details.

I bought this product in the store at Oxford and when I got home and opened the box it was the wrong colour due to wrong label on the box! I reordered on line but weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund! Very disappointing especially when it was OBs error!!

Oliver bonas just charged me £2.50 for wrapping a leather credit card holder - 80mm x 50mm with cheap paper. Only checked when I got back home and noticed an email receipt on my phone.
