A little disappointed. I've been into Oliver Bonas many times and have bought from there many times too. However on this occasion it seemed that the people working in the shop seemed to have thought I was suspicious or stealing? I don't understand why as I never once gave that impression and am not someone who steals. I ended up buying a pair of earrings as I'd been wanting them for ages and thought to finally treat myself to them. However I won't be going in again. The way the workers made me feel is horrible.

Very disappointed, the colour was neither ivory/white or cream it looked dirty and cheap. The fabric was very creased when it arrived and looked nothing like it did on the website.

I ordered an item to be collected from store but was not notified of its arrival in store as my confirmation advised I would be. I received a notification that the item had been returned today as I hadn’t collected.

0 stars. Never received the item. Instead I was sent an incense candle which is not what I ordered. When I went to the shop to return the item they told me the incense candle holder was out of stock and they don’t know why I was sent the wrong order. I received a refund.

Deliver experience always bad. It’s a gift store but you can’t remove an invoice from the delivery , are a gift receipt or have all gift wrapped together so if you have 10 small gifts you pay £50 just for wrap!

This is the third pair of these earrings I bought this time as a gift. I also purchased a gift wrapping option. However, I received a message that they have already sent the parcel and could not do anything about the gift wrapping option now with the condescending message: "We hope that the recipient still likes the gift." Needleless to say that there was no refund offered for the failure to provide a gift wrapping option or to apologise for causing me a huge embarrassment.

Loved the shop in Wimbledon and my purchases but found the staff rude. My friend had picked up a sale item and as we were looking at it a member of staff came over saying, could i have it please and took the purse off my friend and put it back on the shelf. We were both too stunned to say anything at the time. I collected my online purchases and we browsed around the shop. On leaving, a different member of staff gave a piercing once up and down look to my friend on our way out. We were completely thrown by their unwelcoming manner! We are well dressed women and were completely baffled by our visit to this branch.
