“My ordering process was fine but I paid for next day delivery and unfortunately this didn't happen. The issue was with the courier (Evri) who said that my item was so large it would need a special delivery team (it was a handbag). When I queried this, the Oliver Bonas team were very swift in sorting out a replacement delivery and kept me informed on progress. I felt happy with the resolution from the Oliver Bonas customer service team but was just a little disappointed to have my bag arrive a couple of days late.”
