“Order process easy, delivery a disaster (evris fault not yours) but the lovely lady on your customer service desk sorted it all in 1 go & got me the item delivered next day - she was amazing!”

“The Richmond store was lovely and the workers were nice to me when serving me, however as I was walking around the store (it was very quiet) there was a group of 3/4 employees stood at the counter and they were very loudly gossiping about another worker that was not there as expressing their displeasure about her, maybe a manager or something, it wasn't anything nasty however it did make me reluctant to go up to pay for my item to interrupt their conversation (was going on for 5+ minutes I was in there for).”

“Hi, I love the cups but yesterday two of them started leaking. I’ve been using them on my instagram page @thepractical.psychologist as I talk about ‘pausing’ a lot 😁 so weirdly I was going to contact the shop as I didn’t know what to do. A lot of people asked me where I got the cup and I’m worried now that it has started to leak.”
