A very user friendly website and was able to locate and purchase my item for click and collect in Glasgow store. I did not receive an email to advise me when my order was ready to collect. After a week I called the help line and was told the item had been in store. At this point I received an email, probably the very email that should have been sent days earlier. In store, the staff were very helpful and I received my purchase swiftly.

This wasn’t for me. A bit snug across the hips and I felt like I was wearing a dressing gown. Love this style on others but it didn’t suit me.

I adore Oliver Bonas and OB is my go to place to buy presents for all my girlfriends/family - hence why I ordered this gorgeous watering can for my grandma. However, when it arrived, the spout had been severed! So disappointing. I quickly got a refund however, and went on to go in store to buy a different, more sturdy watering can for her! Perhaps OB need to change their delivery service OR the can just wasn't well-made in the first place.

I ordered 3 bracelets online for my bridesmaids. I wanted them to have a bracelet that matches their dresses for my wedding day. I only had 2 arrive. Then was told they were sold out online so I couldn’t get the 3rd one but some of the stores may still stock them. I went to 6 different locations across London and was finally able to get the 3rd one.

The dress is well made with a generous sizing. I thought it would be more flattering. After hesitating for days, I ended up keeping it. The chest will need to be altered.

The style and fit was good, I ordered a size 10. The problem was that that bottom button was out of align with the little stud above and the button hole, so it just did not lie flat. Such a shame. I will return the item due to this.

Ok but expensive for what it is - a bit of handcream in plastic gloves. Overpackaged and delivered by courier after several days. Only an envelope that could be immediate normal mail not requiring anyone to be in.

Received order in good time, however, one of the items was defective, so contacted OB to let them know. I ended up looking online for return and refund process, which was easy to do. I had returned the it by the time customer service got back to me. Received refund without any issues

I like your products but I think.charging the customer,who.has already paid plenty ...as youre not inexpensive, for a paper bag (that is advertising your store at that ) is not good business
