“Great experience in your Stamford Store, staff were very helpful. Sadly my experience on-line not so good. I ordered the above dress for my daughter’s Xmas party and received a totally different size to the one I ordered. Therefore the dress had to be returned.”

“No problems with website or ordering but had several issues with delivery. Delivery was via Evri which claimed to have tried to deliver whilst we were in and resulted in the parcel being delivered several days later than expected and having to be tracked down, not great as it was a Christmas present. This has put me off ordering via the website again unless there is an option to use a different delivery service.”

“Lovely experience on the website and am very happy with the price of the earrings, my mum loves them! HOWEVER, the Evri delivery was awful. They pretended they had tried to drop off my package when they hadn't and then I received the package late.”

“I made the purchase on the website, and had a £5 introductory voucher. Sadly the payment page stalled and became unresponsive so I had to repeat the whole order. The voucher had disappeared and I was not able to use it, even though it had not been redeemed.”
