I received this promptly but the packaging was dreadful no padding hence it was in bits when it arrived

I really didn't like the bangle but I left it too late to return. It was more copper than rose gold, and it didn't fit nice on my wrist. It looked like a bangle you would wear to help with arthritis

I bought your lovely skirt in central station in Glasgow. I unfolded it to try it on to wear when I realised the waistband was coming away from the skirt.

Beautiful products quick delivery however the lamp base and bulb did not line up- if I wanted the bulb to read calm to me the lamp lead faced frontwards, even when I tried to change it the others did too… faulty design?? I got a refund sorry OB

The chap that served me today was unbelievably dull! No smile, very little to say, & just acted like he really didn’t want to be there. His female colleague, at the till point, at least tried to brighten things up.

I ordered 3 of these as gifts for my Bridesmaids on 22/02. It's now 15/03 and I still have not received them. Multiple back and forth emails and the promise they have been shipped. Constant emails asking me to buy more with a special discount! Original discount of spending over £40 when I bought them was not applied to my order. Overall very disappointed. Only hoping I will actually recieve my order and can update this as to a proper review of the product.

First time I have been disappointed with an Oliver Bonas order. The website image & description was misleading. It looked like a black jumper with a metallic silver sparkle. When received it was multi-coloured metallic flecks nowhere in the description did it state this, had it done I wouldn't have ordered & wasted my time & the delivery charge. . .is this refunded with the return?!

Frustratingly I ordered this as part of a gift, only after I sent it and paid shipping did they send a generic email to advise that it was out of stock. Refund was prompt but it left me scrambling to organise another gift. Poor service.

I ordered this item and was sent the wrong size. I returned the item to an OB shop. As I had ordered on line using a discount code, the shop said they could not reorder for me in store. They gave me a refund but I had to reorder at home. The wrong size was sent to me again. Really frustrated with the quality of service. I love OB. But to receive the incorrect size on an item twice is not good enough.
