I chased my click and collect order 3 times online and they stated it was available. I travelled into town 3 times to collect to be told not there yet. I popped by again after work the next week and the item was there but I wasn’t advised it has arrived. I then got a text after leaving the store stating it had arrived. Terrible service.

Staff working in there very rude, comments which are not allowed in retail, customer service on level 0. Absolutely I’ll never back to any of your store if you’re hiring someone who is giving racism comments being an immigrant by themselves. Comments also regarding the children. Definitely not acceptable. I just bought fast and left. But that was for sure the last time being there. Just before you’ll hire someone, you should check as this person shouldn’t be there for sure.

I saw the necklace and the matching bracelet online which looks really pretty in pictures but quality was so poor . I tried it on and it broke in seconds . Had to return it . Not happy at all .

This picture arrived with beads missing and marks on the fabric. Very disappointing. Clearly no quality control. Hardly worth £20 let alone £75. Please don’t take your regular customers for granted. I had to make a special trip into Cheltenham to return it.
