I loved these trousers when I saw them in store and wore them once. I washed as per the instructions and they have shrunk! I’m so disappointed

I have been unable to resolve this issue sadly, the diffuser has a missing water tank so is unusable but it’s been quite difficult to try and get one sent out so haven’t been able to use.

Bought a £175 floor lamp in August last year but the marble base recently shattered due to the weight of the lamp. Oliver Bonas refused to replace the item as they wouldn’t acknowledge that this was a fault and felt that 9 months was a reasonable amount of time for an item of this price to last.

Frustrating embarrassing Tried several times to pay by card on the two terminals Used my card successfully in restaurant that evening Returned next day another journey from Elie same situation card was rejected Luckily my husband accompanied me so he used his card Same scenario used my card in the evening and it worked

Not great. I was unable to get to the store until the last day of my order. It was the Paddington store which doesn’t open until 9am (I was already in work) and closed at 6pm (I wasn’t back at Paddington at this time) the lady was still in the shop but she wouldn’t open it for me. Disappointed

I love Oliver Bonas but these lounge joggers were delivered with the security tag still attached so I need to return.
