Despite seeming to be securely wrapped the item was broken (one pane shattered) on arrival. Refund dealt with efficiently and quickly.

Very disappointed with the packaging of this and the other 4 items I purchased they were bundled into a sleeve together. The bracelet was on a cheap cardboard backing that wasn’t the right size and was rubbing against another silver bracelet I purchased. Given the cost of the bracelet c£30 I expected more. The recipient of this gift had no idea where the gift was from.

Looks good, feels good BUT shedded so much fluff my other clothes and anyone who came near me were covered in green fluff. Such a shame - bought for a special occasion. Going to wash it and see if that helps

After several weeks and a lot of correspondence with Oliver Bonas, I have not received my item and have now been refunded for it. From what I understand the item was available at first, as it went out for delivery before being returned to Oliver Bonas for no apparent reason. Now I am being told that it is out of stock. Terrible service.
