Had two products now that shrunk in the wash even though I followed the instructions. Both items weren't cheap either, you'd expect good quality if you're paying for it!

The hat was a total mess when I collected it . All stretched snd out if shape I had to exchange for a different style which I didn’t like as much . As it was a gift and too late to order another

Just bought a very nice scarf off a very bored sales assistant who blamed her manager for the fact that I had to give my email address (private information and no option) if I wanted a receipt. Thank goodness the scarf is charming.

Website said the material was 100% cotton outer it was 100% viscose . Returned as would never have ordered if i knew it was viscose

Difficult to comment on a present that never arrived? Out for delivery over 3 weeks ago, nobody come back to me on my query, and now missed my friends birthday which is tomorrow…. 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️ Love the products but will never buy online again 😔

I ordered two pieces of jewellery but such a shame they arrived in a freezer bag with damaged tags! Both were intended to be gifts and so I had hoped to present them in the usual OB box that jewellery is packaged in - not a freezer bag!

I was so disappointed: this bag is the perfect size and shape but both I ordered had broken main zips, so had to be returned. Looks like a design fault but such a shame as a really lovely bag.
