“Hello not great experience. Parcel was just left outside all weekend, had ordered guaranteed next day delivery to come to my work - but didn’t turn up during day. Customer Services not helpful- tried to say it was left in covered porch- obviously not- and now they haven’t acknowledged return either - shame”

“Really good. The only problem I encountered was that I tried to buy the last pair of earrings that someone else got to before me. The system didn't tell me what was wrong until the other person's purchase was successful, but that probably happens on other websites.”
