Disappointed as it allowed me to order and told me it had shipped and only told me it was out of stock days after the other part of my order had arrived

I never received these goods as ordered. Unfortunately the goods I received weren’t what I ordered at all. I returned them immediately and you refunded my money right away, however I was really disappointed that you never sent my proper order ie what you are asking me to review here. I really would have liked the two items I ordered, but I never got the chance to even see them !! Very disappointed.

I ordered a small gold bracelet and paid extra for a gift box. Arrived promptly in a huge box, big enough for a pair of trainers. Inside the big box was a large gift box about 20 times larger than I expected. Took me about 5 minutes to find the bracelet as the inside of the box was full of shredded card. I had to disentangle it. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to go out and buy a proper gift box as the bracelet was a birthday present. Think someone was having a laugh at my expense.

Bangle is lovely, but the packaging was awful for this delicate piece of jewellery. It arrived in a paper bag (not in a soft cloth or little jewellery box) in the same package as a heavy jigsaw - purely luck that it was undamaged. Also I emailed OB and didn't get a response so not great customer service.

Sadly my recent online shopping experiences haven't been great with 4 items arriving damaged and at least one was obviously damaged by someone else trying it on. Then when I returned items I discovered they'd all be logged as 'changed mind' even though I'd clearly marked that they were damaged or wrong size. Now I have no faith these won't end up being sold onto someone else who then has the hassle of returning them etc I love the clothes and style but the quality & service no longer impresses me. Having to pay postage for an order in which 2/3 of the items are damaged and need to be returned means I'm less likely to ever order from OB again

Having purchased from Oliver Bonas in the past I have always been delighted with quality. Unfortunately I cannot say that of my recent purchases particularly the necklaces. They feel and look cheap.

The item itself is for my wife's birthday so haven't opened yet but the delivery was terrible. After receiving a notification of delivery I requested another day as I was away at the weekend. Arrived home two days later to find the item left outside with little to no regard. Hard to trust Oliver Bonas when they in turn use untrustworthy couriers.

Generally I like Oliver Bonas products and it is one of my 'go to' shops for gift buying. One item I ordered (the watermelon body gift set) was in a cardboard presentation box, and I had intended to give it as a present to my friend's daughter, however the box is ripped. I admit I've not given OB a chance to rectify this, but I'm becoming slightly annoyed with the amount of damaged items I received during lockdown from various retailers. Which is why on-line shopping doesn't always work. The silver bracelet (also bought as a gift) looks like it will break very easily (where the catch is), so again, another failed gift purchase.

This dress is made in a beautiful fabric and is a high quality product. Unfortunately I'm returning it today as I ordered size 12 (I'm a regular size 12) and the dress was at least size 16 fit, think wrong size label was on dress. Disappointing as had the dress been a true size 12 I would have loved it!

I ordered the dress in size 14 but received size 10 in the post. It cost me €13 to post back this morning as the sticker for returns is only royal mail
