The item I ordered still hasn't arrived. I have sent two emails about it but haven't had a response yet and the tracking link doesn't work. I paid extra for Saturday delivery. If someone could advise when it would be delivered that would be great. I love OB, big fan, so I don't like giving you a low score.

Unfortunately the 'H' coaster was damaged when it arrived. I've returned it to Oliver Bonas in the hope of claiming a refund. The other two letters were fine, but I'm disappointed that this issue wasn't spotted.

I really love going into their stores. However I received my latest purchases via delivery and it was several days late. It wasn’t until a few days after my order was placed that I was contacted they one of the items I ordered was out of stock.

We're so sorry for the late delivery, our warehouse team is being stretched incredibly thin at the moment so deliveries have been experiencing a couple of days delay. Due to the volume of orders as well, items are being allocated much quicker than the stock we have, so we occasionally have to refund an item. Oliver Bonas has beautiful products. I can see that they are doing some work on sustainability and I hope that they do more to reduce the quantity of unsustainable fabrics in their collection and do more to promote well-certified sustainable materials and recycled content wherever possible.

We ordered two beanie hats this one was markedly small than the rainbow knitted beanie hat. This hat was only good as a child’s hat. I expected both hats to be the same size. Both were of good quality but advice on size would have been good.

Unfortunately the fabric on this cord skirt was very thin and as the skirt was unlined I felt it would not be suitable for winter. The skirt carried quite a hefty price tag, not matched by the quality.

Sadly although they arrived in a substantially large box the earring posts had been squashed flat poss prior to boxing. They’re a Christmas present for our daughter in NZ and hadn’t time to return. Husband got pliers out. 😥😬

Nice pattern. Unfortunately on deliver the blanket had a very strange strong smell and there were black pellets embedded in it which I believe were rodent droppings. It survived washing fine. However the threads have now started to come loose which makes it look old and tattered.

I ordered two of these thinking they would match although I knew the colours wouldn’t be identical. The holders that arrived were different heights, different thicknesses and one was plain pink with no metallic colouring to outside. Difficult to see how they were the same product.

great print but the fabric gets sucked into your nose and mouth when you breathe unfortunately unwearable at length as you run out of breath

These pyjamas were a good fit and I ordered them as I was very pleased with a shorts set of pyjamas I bought from OB in the summer. However, I have returned these PJ's as they were very scratchy due to a 'silvery' coloured thread which was not visible in the online pictures. I also didn't like the look of that aspect of this product. Generally I am very happy with what I order online from Oliver Bonus and it will not put me off ordering in the future.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the silver Elsa earrings. I have the gold one which I absolutely love. Unfortunately I lost one of the gold ones and when I went to buy them again they were sold out so I thought I’d try the silver ones but they are like a different product - very lightweight and thin and cheap looking.

I really wanted to like this, as I’m after a “different” sweatshirt. The sizing seemed big and I didn’t like the puff sleeves, made me look huge! I liked the fabric quality, but the peppermint colour was too bright for me. Oliver Bonas, as always, packed and delivered perfectly and refunded my return promptly.
