I bought some wine glasses, but when I opened the box I discovered there was only 3 glasses in the box whereas there was meant to be 4. Unfortunately the receipt had been thrown away so now can’t get my 4th glass. The girls behind the counter were helpful but it’s extremely annoying to have paid for 4 glasses and now only have 3.

Staff in store helpful, but real faff ordering item to store to collect. Took 3 attempts and ended up having item sent to home, as it didn’t arrive at store.

Lovely earrings, ‘gift box’ was a cheap plastic sleeve put inside a giant cardboard box. Made it look a little cheap 🤦‍♀️

Dress still not received 10 days after ordering cannot speak to a person just a robot. Disappointed . Also disappointed you only take BLC on line not in store

I ordered the big on 13th September and received on 25th? Awful awful delivery and customer service. Bag is lovely. This is my first order so will not be ordering again

Love the game however the experience with ordering online and collecting in the store was horrible... noone send me an email to let me know the item was there and then when i went into the store to check why its taking that long it turned out it was there all along... had to collect it then which wasn't planned and as i wasnt planning to carry anything home i took a bus there so carrying such a heavy item home on the bus really wasnt ideal! If i would have known i would have driven... and then the next day i got an email to say its ready for collection when i have already collected it...

ordered 2 gift boxes but they were both snickered shut so I had to open one to find out what was in it ruining the gift box. I've asked for a refund but not heard back. the boxed themselves are good quality cardboard but plain grey not printed like their other envelopes that come with the jewelery anyway. not worth a fiver.

I was sent the wrong size, the label on the skirt was different to the actual skirt label so couldn’t wear it and had to send it back

When purchased online I paid the delivery fee for it to be delivered in 2-4 working days. On day 4 I called to find out where my package was only to be told it hadn’t been sent for delivery yet and had to wait. I received it on day 5 via express delivery as it was OB mistake. Stressful when it is a gift and not delivered on time for what you paid for. However it was beautifully packaged.

Overall process of buying and or returning a product is ok. I bought a clutch, it looked lovely but was disappointed of the quality. The closings mechanism was based only on poor magnets, it would not close properly and was so easy to open the clutch risking to lose items from it. I returned the product.
