“Wine glasses arrived but one was broken. I immediately sent an email to the customer services and 5 days later and I still haven't had a reply. I'm disappointed.”

“The diffuser was great such a nice scent, the hot chocolate box came damaged, and the candle was so smelly that I had to return it, smelt like drains”

“I ordered a paperback book. I was horrified at the size of the box it was delivered in.Then when I opened it there was a little bar of chocolate as well as the book - unneccessary and unwanted . Keep it simple please!”

“For the price, this is really poor quality and I would not recommend. I really take care of my masks and yet the seam down the middle split after the first time wearing it - clearly it wouldn't last in the wash either! I'm not sure if I got a faulty one because I ordered one for my partner too and his has not split yet.”

“This product (Penguin Cocktail Shaker) makes no sense. It looks lovely but you can't actually shake it without the liquid spilling out everywhere (over my new chairs grr). More style than substance. Will be returning.”

“The earrings are lovely but the amount of packaging they came in was ridiculous. A box the size of a shoebox initially, then a small box 5 inches square inside.., all for a tiny pair of earrings!!”

“Most items looked a lot better in the photos than in reality. Almost all the items have obviously had the saturation increased in post-production and were much duller. Probably won't be shopping there again.”
