“These were too big and left a large gap in each side near my ear. Shame as the colours are pretty and the material nice and light but I don’t feel they protect me as other masks do and sadly have wasted my money as they are not returnable”

“Very light weight. The gold chain is cheap looking. Suits the purpose but seems overpriced for the quality. In fact have seen an identical mirror for less than half of the price today.”

“I had to return as they didn’t seem to fit. I had another pair that were very similar and they fitted Like a dream but I lost a pair so I wanted to replace. The hunt for the perfect pair of gloves continues I guess. That being said the people working at OB were so so helpful with the returns, even printed out a return slip for me And were so apologetic they couldn’t process the returns in store. Can’t fault them”

“I am very disappointed with Oliver Bonas as I chose next day delivery at a premium cost but my package did not arrive until over a week later!! I did complain and got refunded the delivery costs but I am still unhappy that I did not get the service that was advertised - in fact the delivery was incredibly slow even if I had chosen the regular postage. Also, the item arrived broken because it was poorly packaged and needed bubble wrap. I will not be ordering anything fragile from the website again.”

“Lovely painted wardrobe, looks gorgeous. However not very functional. The rod is too low and the bottom shelf is too high so you can’t hang anything in there except short tops and skirts. Even my longer tops don’t fit, definitely not dresses. There is a rod thing in the middle which means you can’t use it to store boxes and suitcases either which was my second option when my clothes didn’t fit. Also due to the current covid situation, the delivery people aren’t allowed to unpack furniture for you which I completely understand but that meant I had to unpack a tall wardrobe by myself (I live alone in a tiny flat) and cut up the box for recycling. I might have waited to order this had in advance.”

“Unfortunately our nearest store was closed so I resorted to online shopping, the bracelet bought was not a good representation of the website image. Very disappointed as it was a gift.”

“I saw the Yellow Floral Print Mini Dressis on display in St Pancras and thought it would be a nice gift for my wife. Ordered online and eventually it arrived. The dress itself is nice to the touch, light and floaty. My wife loves it and usually would have given 5 stars. However, there was a makeup smudge on collar line where someone had clearly put it on and off. In the current climate of COVID this is a very poor standard of hygiene for Oliver Bonas, whom I expected better of. Under normal circumstances I would have given three stars, but these are unusual times and quite simply hygiene must be a priority.”

“Bought the polka dot foil white blouse in the sale, usual price £49. Firstly it is not white but cream. Quality of material not very good hence the 2 stars given. If I would have paid full price definitely would have returned.”
