Awful. Item was lost initially by Hermes (who refused to deal with it) then when it finally arrived it was smashed to pieces. By this point it was out of stock. Another order sent was incomplete. Really not very good at all.

I’m a huge fan of OB and will continue to be a loyal customer, but I’ve been asked to rate this purchase. I ordered the items online, but they didn’t arrive. OB customer services were contacted and they were very apologetic, but items did not arrive, appear to have got lost. In the meabtime, both items were sold oiut so could not be re- ordered.

Shocking - only word to describe their online shop / service and non-existent delivery so end up cancelling the order. Will not be wasting time and money again. askus@ email address for support is a joke, as clearly all things stated are not followed up with other team members actually doing their job

I was very disappointed at the way these were packed.As these were a present for my daughter in law. Wrapped in brown paper with no box is not presentable. I will not be using you again.

Returned as damaged around the frame. Also much smaller than anticipated. All in all not a good purchase.

For some reason this vase looked dirty and dull when you take it out of its lovely gift box. I ordered this twice, both vases looked like they'd had flowers in stale water in them. I dont expect to have to wash a prepacked vase before i give it as a gift to someone. The photo on the box shows a sparkling transparent glass vase, sadly this is not the reality. Had a refund and made a different purchase. Such a shame as i associate Oliver Bonas with quality usually
