Book had water marks even though packaging not damaged. Sent email but didn’t get satisfactory response. Disappointed as this was my first purchase and will be my last!

I’m dissatisfied with this product as it has a lot of loose joints. It is sticking in my clothes and has damaged my sweater. Sorry for a negative review. Bina

Ordered two of these. One arrived beautifully packaged ( as pictured). The second arrived in a plastic bag, no gift box, with a sticker on it saying “Tester”. Could not be bothered with the inconvenience of returning it and fortunately only one of the two was for a gift, the second one was for myself so I “made do” with the tester. Very unimpressed though - not as described and during a pandemic, who wants to be sent a Tester that has presumably been rolled on other people’s skin? ( Yes I sterilised it before use). Not good and not what I expected from Oliver Bonas

Hermes failed to deliver my order which was due to arrive in two separate parcels. 4 weeks later I had to be refunded as all of the items were out of stock and no re-order possible. These were all Christmas present for people. I just wish Hermes were more accountable for their continuing failures and that OB could have rectified things.

Unfortunately, the sales assistant failed to put a birthday card o had bought into the bag so I arrived to meet my sister without her card. Oliver Bonas products are beautiful, fun and on trend. Thr assistants are cheerful and positive but if they forget to include all items into thr bag that you have paid for, it makes you feel less than happy about thr brand!

Arrived broken. Easily replaced with helpful customer service but have a feeling the product is very flimsy and won’t last.

Awful contraption. Impossible to pull apart to put the batteries in, broke instantly and will be going back. My daughters were really disappointed.

Coat was lovely but was wrongly sized . The ordered size 12 was huge obviously a size 16-18 .
