I was so excited to receive my order, but soooooo disappointed when I opened it. To my horror the lovely 3 hats Ordered were SQUASHED on one on top of each other and totally out of shape!!!!!!!!! I was disgusted to see that the box was packed so carelessly. I plan to return the items and reorder. This is the first time I have received an order from Oliver Bonas in this condition.

I ordered on Tuesday 25 next day delivery paid for should have been delivered by Hermes on Thursday 27 August. It is now 2 September Hermes have failed to deliver my order. Disgusting service second time an order supposed to be delivered by Hermes that has gone missing.

I had never used the site before. My first order was disappointing as I ordered a size 5 and you sent a size 7. It is a very time consuming having to return items. So overall I am not impressed. Plus I have to wait for a credit from you which to date has not come through

Bracelet was OK the annoyance was that I paid £5 for a gift box expecting a neat box appropriate to the gift, but it was much too big and had to be discarded

I absolutely love Oliver Bonas, but when I received my dress absolutely stinking of perfume and body odour I was really disappointed. It was very clear someone had worn it, then just sent it back. Please check these things before sending them out to customers because it’s not good to receive it in that condition!!!

Very disappointing sizing, the slip under the dress barely made it over my shoulders. I’m a size 14 but could not get the slip on, the outer dress did fit apart from the arms which unless you have super skinny arms cut of your blood supply. Not made for a woman with boobs or normal arms!

Dress was lovely, as was print. Ordered a 6 (Im usually an 8 zara/topshop/similar) but was more like a large 10-11. Huge. OB tends to come up a size bigger but this was two sizes so sadly returned it.

I was very excited to place an order for the perfect earrings to match my outfit for my daughters communion taking place this Saturday. Initially, I was very impressed with the packaging and when I opened the pink envelope I was so disappointed to see that one of the earrings was completely detached from the stud. It doesn't look like it was damaged in transit but more so a piece was missing and it was never attached. It is too late to replace for the communion on Saturday, my husband is going to see if he can do something to fix etc. as they are the perfect match for the dress etc. Not looking for anything here just to flag that it is definitely not something that happened in transit but that the product was not checked as it looks like a piece was missing to attach the earring to the stud.

I ordered this set of 2 rings but only 1 was delivered, that has happened 2 times now Am waiting for the 3rd delivery, lets hope they get it right this time

The packaging was lovely, however the earrings have arrived with a gemstone missing from them as well as the clip from the back of one of the earrings as well really disappointed as my wife loves them but need to send back

Sales team not friendly. Tried to ask about one of the notices while paying @the till and was promptly ignored. Paid and as I was leaving said thanks to the team member @the door and again was ignored. Disappointed with the attitude of the team @Richmond.

Earrings delivered damaged. One of the fronts had fallen off and the stems of a few of the earrings were bent. So sent back. Waiting for a refund now.

Sadly it arrived with a tube broken so we have not been able to use it and having to send it back. Such a shame as it looks beautiful and we were looking forward to using it.
