Mirror arrived broken and no replacement was available to be sent to my home address, despite being available in stores. Customer service dealt with it quickly and offered a refund, but I'm still without the mirror.

Thanks Camilla for leaving us feedback, we're so sorry it arrived broken and we weren't able to replace. We do tend to have different stock to stores. Normally we can transfer items but at the moment due to what's happened this year, this isn't impossible due to staff shortages. Let us know if we can be anymore help in the meantime. It arrived screwed up - doesn’t bode well for what is going to happen when you sit down in it. Then when I tried it on, I saw that the lining was longer than the outside layer of the dress. I returned it. Another dress I purchased just a couple of months ago has gone completely bobbly - it’s dustbin worthy, not charity shop worthy. Overall, overly priced and poor quality garments.

Damaged item which was then replaced with another damaged item. It’s unbelievable that this could happen twice especially after being promised that the replacement would be checked to make sure it was in perfect condition. I have only ever ordered three times from this company and two of those orders were faulty/damaged. I will not be ordering from Oliver Bonas again.

Only 1 star as it arrived smashed despite being protectively wrapped ! Shame. Had to send it back and awaiting confirmation of new one ? That said it is beautiful. Colours are lovely. Looking forward to getting another.

Really awful quality, yellowing and flimsy. So disappointed, bought them as a gift and too embarrassed to give them. Second bad experience I’ve had now. Will not be back unfortunately.

I ordered a gorgeous green dress,and had confirmation of order and that it was on it's way....then suddenly got a full refund through PayPal with no correspondence whatsoever from Oliver Bonas. So i just had to guess that they'd mucked up my order. Needless to say,I'm very disappointed,this was my first(and now,probably last) order with the company.

Loved the earrings however the first time they were worn the bottom faux pearl fell off and all the faux pearls and gold beads were lost, slightly gutted!

I tried to get these shipped to Dubai, but although they say delivered, they have not arrived! I think maybe the Worldwide shipping hasn’t been fully refined, which is disappointing!

No gift box. A few days after the order was placed I was refunded the cost of the gift box. Not aware at time of order it was out of stock. ! Annoying as the whole purchase was a birthday gift.
