Appalling customer service (or lack there of) Placed an order, was charged, have yet to receive a confirmation email. Have called and emailed only to receive automated messages. Hopefully my items turn up...?

unfortunately these arrived broken and damaged so i would not recommend ordering online! One was completely broken and all of them were discoloured with white spots presumably due to the weather! I am in process of trying to get my money back!

Unfortunately I cannot review this item as I was sent a wrong set that was cream and gold and not to my taste. Most disappointed when I opened the package.

Ordered and paid for, received a notification that the item was with Hermes, then told it’s been sent back. OB need to take responsibility for their chosen courier and it’s a poor service. Still waiting on my refund.

The masks are unwearable unfortunately. They are far too big. Even when I tie the sides to make the elastic shorter there are gaps at the nose, sides and chin. Shame as the material is beautiful.

Sadly a very disappointing product. I paid for next day delivery which did not happen and then the masks arrived and are so unbelievably large they didn’t fit myself or my husband. The material section of the mask itself is so large that regardless of what you do with the other elastic straps it will be hanging of everyone.

i have waited for an order for over six weeks now. after being in touch you said it had been lost in post so they would resend. than later an email saying they could not replace one of the items as you had sold out so i accepted a refund which i still have not received. later i received one of my items. but still have not received the other two. i have sent emails and have had no reply. still trying to sort this. i am very dissapointed. so far susan batchelor

The gift box is huge! In store you can get gift wrap, such a shame you don’t over this online. The box was far too larger for the gift so didn’t use it. Am now left with a gift box and no need for it. Otherwise good site.

Poor quality. Ear strings were all different lengths so 2 of the masks just fell off my face. Returned as not for for purpose
