Sadly it arrived with a tube broken so we have not been able to use it and having to send it back. Such a shame as it looks beautiful and we were looking forward to using it.

Unable to comment. Unfortunately package arrived late and with an item missing. Customer services came back to me and kindly offered to send out the missing item by Royal mail but unfortunately it has not yet arrived. Sadly was a gift and I had to purchase something different as the delivery was not there in time.

Order this mirror on the website and my payment was taken but then had an email the next day saying my order was cancelled as this isn’t in stock. Very disappointed

There’s no fragrance at all coming from the two diffusers I bought which is upsetting as I had bought one from the brand before and it was excellent.

Was upset to find the jewellery box was damaged on arrival. The packaging was not secure enough to ensure the box never got damaged. Will be sent back for a refund.

Disappointingly this product arrived broken and scratched. I used wood glue to put it back together and trying not to look at the scratches. :(

I bought €18 earrings in the Dublin store today. By the time I got them home they had broken. Very disappointing and I wont be back in Dublin to return them.

I have not yet received this item and haven't been given any information from Oliver Bonas as to why. It is over a week late with no attempt to explain. Hermes the parcel company has informed me that Oliver Bonas is responsible. This is not the quality of service I'd expect from a company that sells luxury items.
