Really disappointed in the bag. When you carry the bag in your hands it all just hangs forward. When you carry it on your back it does the same thing!! The handle is in the wrong place and so are the rucksack straps.

I would love to be able to review this product properly, but I still haven’t received it. While I know that’s an issue with my Hermes and not Oliver Bonas, the lack of communication and response from the delivery service reflects very badly on this shop.

Hello I still have not received my bag so disappointed as can’t not contact Herems the Currier’s . Will have to go into St Albans shop to see if they can help me .

Rubbish, they have left the security tag on the bag so I can't use it and I can't remove it. I have emailed and had no reply. Useless.

Never received my earrings despite Hergest saying they'd delivered them. Nothing from customer service as yet. Very disappointed with overall experience.

Ordered as a gift for my neice after smashing her Ucat test. Took over 10 days to arrive so way too late now to catch tge euphoric moment. . Constant emails ftom Hermes saying it woukd be delivered on a certain day/time then another tge next dsy saying it was delayed. Complained to Oliver Bonas customer service but no response

Poor quality, product faulty. Will have to drive miles to return due to seeing the issue (pearl back to front) Chucked in a box despite an £85 product.
