“My only gripe is the sizing feels way off. I am a size 10-12 in trousers normally, but in OB I ended up buying an 8. The variability makes buying clothes online a pain. I returned the item but bought some other items that I love though and I appreciate the Blue Light card discount.”

“Arrived on tine but the rods were bent flat to the earrings. The packaging was inadequate and did not protect the earrings in transit. My husband managed to straighten them without breaking but do not sit in my ears well. They are pretty though”

“Great range as always but no mirror in the accessories section, so difficult to make a choice from the full range. When I mentioned this I was told there were mirrors elsewhere in store. Another shopper in accessories was having a similar ‘mirror less’ problem within hats. When I payed I mentioned it again, that a mirror in accessories would be really helpful. I got a half half smile and “lovely, thanks” back. I love having an Oliver Bonas in the town and want it to stay but I was pretty upset by how unhelpful and then rude the staff were today. I ended up buying a slightly cheaper pair than I might have and I will think twice about popping in on my way pass as again.”

“It's a rush to buy sale items as they are never held in your basket til you've paid. Would be nice if you could get a 30-minute item hold before they're released again as it's very anxiety inducing!”
