The store experience as always is really good. The staff always helpful with anything. The only thing most of the products overpriced. Especially the hairstyles, bags and home stuff

The photo frame came firstly damaged and once i had emailed, they immediately sent out a new one which was great; but it looked discoloured.

I really loved these jeans but being only 5 feet I would have had to have them taken up and the the width altered as they are very wide. Too expensive with the jeans £70z Shame no petite. Sadly returned.

I bought a candle as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law, who had this item on her wish list. It was very close to Christmas, so no time for returns. Unfortunately, the box the candle was in was ver damaged. The external packaging was in tact, so this had clearly been sent out damaged from the warehouse. As stated earlier, there was no time to return, so I just had to explain when I handed the gift to my daughter-in-law. Fortunately, the candle itself was ok. This was very disappointing, as the handler in the warehouse clearly packaged this item when they would have seen the presentation box was damaged. Not a good service when paying premium prices for a candle!!

I exchanged my ring in store for a small size. I went in store a week later to collect and it wasn't there. I then told the assistant I was going on holiday so please could extend pick up date. I have now had an email saying it's been sent back to the wharehouse? I am not happy I've paid for this item and it's for my daughters birthday. I would like the ring and some good will voucher for this waste of my time and disappointment. Thank you

I brought a lovely incense holder but when I got home the incense sticks weren’t in there so disappointed I can’t use it just yet, I know they were included as there was one opened but I took a sealed one, I expect someone had taken them out & stuck the box down again.

The boots I ordered had no zip or elasticated panel, therefore they were impossible to pull on over my heel/ ankle. I paid via PayPal and despite picking them up from store (click & collect), I was unable to return them in the same manner. Instead, I had to create an online return and go to the post office. All a bit of a faff really!
