Trainers were returned. Trainers in picture had a black tongue but when they arrived the tongue was white.

Although I found the procedure easy, I was very disappointed that I could not add a personal note. I contacted customer services but was told that it is not an option and if I wanted to do that I would have to use the email option. Not what I wanted

Very disappointing as I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive. Evri are not a delivery company I would expect such a smart company to use. I was promised a gift card as an apology but haven’t received it.

Love the items in the shop but I was declined a NHS discount in the Oliver Bonas Shop in Canterbury despite I showed two ID badges with my photo and name. I was always given a discount in all the shops I go to in London even not having blue light card on me. It is not a massive deal but it would have been courtesy that the Canterbury shop didn’t have. I’ll stick to the London stores

Experience of ordering the monkey tray in the shopt was good, however the tray when delivered was damaged. As it was a present I have left the recipient to get a refund as unfortunately the tray is no longer available

Bought mirror, a little while ago. Because of home improvements, I only put it up last week. If you order online, check your order, thoughly, i made the mistake, of only checking, the actual mirror, wasn't broken. I've been sent out seconds. I paid full price. £98, for faulty goods.

I love OB stock, stores and staff, but your returns process is unnecessarily onerous. It took 3 trips to finally be able to return my stuff due to policies which cannot be legal requirements because other stores don’t operate them. Easy returns is part of shopping these days, I will avoid buying from OB until this improves.

Loved the photos on website BUT so disappointed with the shelving the brass shelves are hollow underneath and doesn't have the same lovely sheen as displayed in the online photos. Unfortunately I'm unable to return as builder has already put shelving up on wall.

I have realised that it is pointless looking at or ordering your shoes and sandals as your size 8 is not a true size 8 (42) but only size 41. That size to me ( and to staff in ‘proper’ shoe shops) is really just 7 1/2 and too short. Guess what, they then don’t make it in 42, so tough luck if you really like it. In hope that I come across a generous size I have ordered and tried various styles of your sandals but none have ever fit. Size 8 is a dreadful size to be due to this confusion of size 41 /42. Thank goodness for shops like M&S, Next, L K Bennett, Clarks and brands Fit Flop and most German shoes etc where size 8 is a 42 or we poor ladies with feet that size would be having to buy trainers all the time. Make a size 42, you may get a pleasant surprise at how quickly they are sold as there are lots of us out here looking for nice shoes.

Unfortunately sent me a dress and not my denim skirt which I now can not get in the correct size! Receipt in parcel also suggested it was the skirt I ordered. Your shop in Morpeth was thankfully very helpful trying to get it sorted and the dress returned.
