I am very disappointed with Oliver Bonas customer care team. I ordered Espresso cups in a 6 pack and when they arrived 2 were broken. I have tried to make contact with Oliver Bonas by email to ask for a replacement and no one has got back to me. Just a standard reply email saying that they are too busy to respond. But now I receive a request to rate them, so obviously not too busy for that! If this is read by the customer care team please respond to me as this is a Christmas present and needs urgent replacement.

Typical email asking me to review their product, only problem is that it hasn't been received yet despite ordering it nearly two weeks ago meaning it's missed the persons birthday. Well Oliver Bonus, what awful service you provide!

I received an email on December 11th about reviewing the Large Green & Gold Metal Etched Watering Can I ordered on December 3rd. It still has not been delivered and I have heard nothing else since. I am very concerned about when it will be delivered. Please check into this and let me know when I can expect delivery.

This has not arrived and I have contacted you twice to advise of this and that the items have been irreparably damaged by your couriers Hermes. I have not heard back from yourselves and today asked for a full refund. I look forward to hearing from you to close the matter.

Ordered catastrophe game over two weeks ago, paid for postage and still have not received my purchase. E mailed customer services with no response. Ordered same game from amazon, paid less and received game within 5 days. Still waiting for my refund and/or contact from Oliver Bonas. Not recommended,

I ordered this product on 6 December but STILL have not received. I contacted customer services and have had no reply yet the money has come out of my account. Disappointing as it's for a friends birthday this week and now I have nothing for them - no great service I'm afraid. Hilarious that I am now getting questionnaires for reviews and questions about who delivered - when no one did !

I ordered these earrings with 6 other items but was extremely disappointed to find that they had not been included in the parcel sent to me. I have phoned and emailed Oliver Bonas to report this so they can rectify the matter but to date, I have had no response. They were supposed to be a Xmas gift for my sister. When I called, I was told that I could just be attempting to get another free pair!! I’ve bought a lot of items from Oliver Bonas but won’t be again after this experience!!
