My order hadn’t arrived after 12 days. I rang customer service waiting, for 25mins only to be told it had been lost in transit and the item had now sold out! This was a present for a family member and I had waited in good faith it would arrive in time! Won’t be using this company again.

I ordered my item 8 working days ago. I still haven’t received a message saying it’s ready for collection (OB say it should arrive within 2-6 days). I emailed 4 working days ago asking for a rough idea when my order will be ready for collection. I’ve not had a reply yet. I tried phoning but the phone lines are down & they say email.

Really sorry for the lack of communication from us. We've sadly had to close our phone lines earlier due to the overwhelming amount of calls we're getting, and our team just isn't in a position where they can keep up demand - sorry about this. I ordered the gloves over a week ago, I am still yet to receive an update on when these will be available to collect in my local store. The only correspondence I have had since is this email asking me to leave a review, obviously I am not happy with the service received therefore 1 star given.

I was very disappointed as when I came to take the item out of its packaging to wrap it for Christmas, I noticed the quality was not as good as I had expected. Parts of the gold casing were chipped, with sharp edges and another part was slightly bent / warped. Too late to send back and get another though.

The mirror that was delivered was cracked all across the glass and 5 days’ later after emailing and spending 20 minutes in a phone queue, I’ve still had no reply from customer service about replacing it. Really disappointing.

Wine rack turned up with wonky bars on 2 of the holders looks awful, I emailed to get a refund or replace item and have had no response to this.

Products faulty and broken. Gift box a rip off. Although collected from shop returns policy says cannot be returned there. Will not buy from you again
