The website is easy to shop on, but unfortunately, the silver bracelet I purchased to match the necklace I bought last year only lasted a week before it broke! Disappointing. I can say the customer service rep was very friendly, helpful, and prompt in offering a replacement or a refund. I took the refund as I didn't want to be disappointed again or perhaps lose the bracelet completely if it snapped, as the first one did and fell from my wrist.
