“Was an online purchase - delivery was fast (paid for next day) .. ordered 1 and it came with rusty pink spots on the rim of the bag and then the chain was pink and tarnished with rust - needed for wedding so ordered second and this was had even more rust on the chain! VERY POOR - will be returning both when back from trip”

“I ordered this dress online. I must say that out of all the clothing I have bought for me and my daughters this one is a major disappointment. The quality is below par - the elastic in the top completely went to bits after one wash (delicate setting!). Too late for me to send back.”

“ordered on line paid for but order was cancelled faulty goods money refunded did order something else and love the different dress I received went down a size as size 14 was the only one available glad I did as a wide fit looking forward to wearing my new dress at Christmas. kind Regards Carooline Nuttall”

“I could say what the card was like as it never arrived! Which considering it was for Father’s Day is pretty poor. There was no update or comms, I did however manage to get in contact with customer services who told me that the items were lost in transit so I was given a refund, which is good.”

“Absolutely disappointing!!! I purchased this dress as a birthday gift, I couldn't go to collect it from the store within two days of arriving in the store because of my work hours, . They not only cancel it! They sold my already purchased item and emailed me that is sold to someone else and it's of stock!!! I'm absolutely disgusted!!! I will give a 0 star!!”
