Really not happy. The prices for these items were extortionate, and none of the prices were given in store. I looked for the price of a hair mask, not given, £30+. I looked for the price of a small pot of lip balm, not given, £9.50. There was 1 item which did have a price tag on it, the bee photo holder, £7.50 on the price tag, but I was charged £8, and then VAT on top of that. Did you hike all the prices for Valentines Day?!

A pair of earrings was bought for Christmas which the person buying presumed I could exchange. I haven’t worn them or taken them out of the plastic bag but they won’t exchange them. I will never shop here again.

Hi called this evening to oliver bonas lisburn road belfast. Doors were wide open and the sales assistant said that's the direction from HQ. So my question is why does oliver bonas think it's OK to keep doors open on a cold winters night with the central heating going full blast? Have you heard if climate change?

Was good , found a lovely blouse, but store did not have my size in stock so I ordered online . But to be very disappointed as when it arrived the invoice was correct but the blouse was totally different to what I had ordered. First time of purchasing from Oliver bonas so as you can imagine very disappointed!!!!!

Terrible experience! Placed my order for a doormat via the website and in due course had an email from Evri saying they had my parcel. This was followed by another email from Evri saying that my parcel required a specialist vehicle (not sure why, the door mat would fit in my car boot!). Evri "help" website says contact supplier but there is no phone number for online purchases. I could leave a wattsapp message at Oliver Bonas which I did but not heard from them. Still not received my doormat nearly a month after ordering - terrible customer service!

I didn’t receive the product-I got a refund even before the company notified me that the item was out of stock, I even received an email letting me know the item had left the warehouse and was on his way to being delivered. 😑

There seems to be a problem with my account (it won't let me pay) so I had to contact someone via Whats App and they advised to check out as a guest however the problem is still not resolved so I am very put off purchasing from Oliver Bonas again. I just want to order a product online, I don't expect to be having to contact customer service and wait for a reply etc when there are plenty of other companies I can order hassle free from.
