Awful. Honestly the store was stunning and my husband and I had shopped at Stamford the previous day. However the West Bridgeford staff that served me was chillingly rude. I was ignored whilst three staff members talked about a wedding and how one of them couldn't be as wild as she'd like 'cause her dad was the DJ... all the time I am waiting and then when I was served I was abruptly spoken to, told to repeat myself and then I had to ask for a plant pot to be wrapped. So Oliver Bonas - I'm out! No matter how pretty and beautifully staged your shops are I will not ever be back. Your staff were self-centred and frankly not very kind. Goodbye. And yes oh course I have already shared my experience with person I bought the gifts for to say I hope she likes them but please don't go to West Bridgeford Oliver Bonas it's awful.

Ordered online. Shoe buckle broke after a few wears. Emailed customer service for advice on my options. No reply. Hoping they’ll reply to this.

Horrendous, as I couldn’t even return my item as it was not an option with EvRi to return even though the order and through EvRi, couldn’t return any way so I lost a lot of money and now have a item I really don’t want, I wouldn’t buy another thing from here - shocking beyond words.

Product arrived damage - very shocked to think that it was sent out in that state. Stitching was half missing from the front of the bag. Very disappointed as it was a leaving gift for a friend.

I love Oliver Bonas so I was all the more disappointed in these earrings, in every way - horrible colour (different from website picture), horrible clutzy size (no indication on website), horrible rubbery material. I gave them to my daughter, but she didn't like them either, so I gave them to the nearest charity shop, but they still haven't sold. The moral is: never buy earrings online, not even from Oliver Bonas.

Ordered online and this lovely pink cardigan didn’t arrive!! So very disappointed. When I finally got any sense - was told it had gone out of stock. I had to make the suggestion that Oliver Bonas should good will me something. I got a £5 voucher…… 🤔

Quite bad with a used / returned / showroom sofa sent to us. The box had children’s scribbles all over it. We had to take it because it was needed for weekend and we did get a 50% discount. But still, we trusted the brand and it kinda put a dampener on our expectations in future. One of the legs was broken too. Which we didn’t discover until a few days in. We had to repair it.

Unfortunately, I only received the base of the lamp, it seems that there was an issue in the warehouse and the glass dome of the lamp (which makes it special to be honest) had gone missing. I did get a refund as well as a discount voucher to make up for it but I'm still very disappointed by this experience and will think twice before getting excited when ordering something on Oliver Bonas in the future.

Really disappointed I was given a OB gift voucher for my birthday and the trousers I was given I washed at 40 degrees and they shrank to unwearable.

The gift box only fit one item in whereas i had asked for it to be big enough to fit at least two of the items. Because only the picture frame was put in it, there was a big box with a small picture frame so looked ridiculous to give as a gift anyway - and I got charged for all that.
