I bought the top and the price dropped more than half. I wish they honored price match as it was still under 30 days.

Hugely disappointed with this item, the fold on the sleeve isn't stitched sufficiently for the fold to stay put, even after ironing, making what would have been a lovely summery knit look cheap and nasty. Also ordered in the other colour way. Unfortunately as I ordered before I went on holiday I missed the boat for return otherwise they would have gone back!

One card cancelled before arrival as stock had run out, the other arrived a day after Mother’s Day by which time I’d already had to buy a replacement! Was sent 1st class and I ordered more than a week in advance. Wouldn’t bother ordering a card for an event again, which is a shame, I like their cards.

I'd LOVE to review these trainers, had I actually received them. However what I actually received was a tiny card holder on a tiny box, which contained a slip detailing what I had ordered... an £85 pair of trainers. When I rang to ask what had happened, they didn't know but could only offer me a refund as they were now out of stock. I am extremely disappointed and it isn't as if this could be a simple issue of the wrong trainers being selected, how on earth does someone mix something up that badly?

Absolutely shocking, parcel didn't arrive and when I contacted company, totally ignored until a week later to say the case had been closed! No refund or anything £50 gone!

The parcel arrived and the box was dented meaning the ridiculously poorly packaged (or in fact NOT packaged) necklace had fallen out of the tiny drawstring pouch and disappeared. While I appreciate the drive towards environmentally sound packaging this problem could easily be avoided by placing the pouch in a small cardboard box or envelope or even a recyclable plastic bag. Very disappointing from such a highly regarded company.

Very disappointing as the quality of ear rings discoloured very quickly. The pink pairs of gloves are too big and very rough.
