“I ordered a 12 but was sent a 16. When I returned it they didn’t have any left so was told to set up alerts which I did but this didn’t work. By chance I checked the website and managed to get a 12 which I love. Was disappointed in the error but these things happen and it worked out in the end.”

“The transaction went smoothly and my order arrived on time. However, the dress arrived slightly torn at the seam around the collar and the sizing was way off. I am a size 10/12, I ordered a size 8 because I know OB sizes are usually generous and even that was too baggy on me. I will make sure to go try things in-store next time. I do love OB products and this is a brand I definitely rate, but this time things went a bit wrong! I would recommend going to the store if you can.”
