“The website can be slow to load, and i needed to shut down the page several times as to refresh the process. Other than that, purchasing was fine.”

“My main issue would be lack of communication, I received one email confirming my order and then complete silence, no updates about it's journey, nothing, I thought I had imagined that I ordered it so after three weeks I rang them and spoke to Kevin who was very helpful and assured me the mirror would be with me in 2-3 days and sure enough it arrived three days later, it was very well packaged and took quite a while to open, it is a lovely mirror, sadly it is flawed, there is a bubble in the middle of it and although it is not very noticeable my grandson loves to point it out to everyone.”

“I ordered these tumblers online for a gift. When I received them I unpacked them just to check if any were damaged. The coloured print around the lip of one of the glasses had come off so I returned them but yet to receive a refund.”

“Tried these on in store but had to run to catch my train! So ordered them in line. Both the shop and on line experiences were my first time with Oliver Bonas. Shop had delightful and unusual items in it and then I browsed the website later. All very easy to access and use.”

“This is a very pretty bag. I gave it to a friend who lives abroad as a present and she loved it. However, after four or five days of using it, the handle came off. This is a real shame!”

“Despite ordering the black sandals and all paperwork and packaging stating that they were black the packaging contained the silver sandals. I kept them because returning them was logistically difficult. They are extremely comfortable but not what I ordered hence my rating.”

“Unfortunately the sizing wasn’t accurate. I needed the dress and shoes for a wedding so didn’t have time to change for alternative sizes. But both dress and shoes were accuarate in description.”
